Birth Registration for babies born in Pakistan for a Maldivian parent can be applied directly to the City Council or through the High Commission. Kindly note that the Pakistani birth certificates issued by the hospital must be registered at the local Union Council and the certificate issued from the Union Council must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan.
